Since 2012, Sheldon has enjoyed working in the real estate industry across Idaho and Washington and is licensed in both states. Originally from Sandpoint, ID, Sheldon graduated from the University of Idaho in 2011 with a degree in Business Management & Human Resources. After a few years in residential and commercial property management, Sheldon found his calling in real estate acquisitions. Sheldon previously served as the Vice President of Acquisitions for a large real estate firm where he primarily sourced land for townhouse and apartment developers. From a land acquisition perspective, Sheldon has worked with builder and developer clients of all sizes, but always enjoys the traditional residential real estate side as well. 

In his spare time, Sheldon enjoys exploring the beautiful Northwest with his wife Marissa and two daughters. Camping, golfing, being on the lake, and spending time with friends and family are some of their favorite activities. Sheldon and his wife enjoy being involved with the community and are always looking for new opportunities to help others.

Skyler is the co-owner of Array and has been actively engaged in the real estate industry since 2016, specializing in land acquisitions and real estate development. With a deep understanding of the Seattle land use code, Skyler focuses on identifying strategic opportunities that drive value for clients and investors. Skyler has helped develop hundreds of new construction homes to date.

Skyler graduated from the University of Idaho and is originally from Sandpoint, Idaho. He lives in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle with his wife, Kristin. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, and spending quality time with family. He and his wife love Seattle and frequent many of the local restaurants, breweries, and parks. Skyler's dog, Heidi, is also an essential team member to Array.  

Eric has worked in both the residential and commercial worlds of real estate since 2001. Eric has enjoyed being the Designated Broker for multiple successful real estate firms across the Northwest before joining Array Real Estate as their Designated Broker and is licensed in both Idaho and Washington as a Designated Broker.

Eric has a wide range of experience in both the residential and commercial real estate markets. In residential real estate, Eric has not only worked with buyers and sellers, but also with builders to locate sites and helped manage their projects through sale of the new construction homes. In commercial real estate he has worked with investors on everything from multi-family apartment buildings to multi-tenant mall purchases.

Outside of his work life, Eric and his wife Meagan enjoy raising their two active kids in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. You will find him riding bikes with the family, hiking Tubbs Hill, helping coach his son’s football team, and exploring this beautiful area of the country that we are all blessed to call home.

Michael has been involved in sales and client service management for over 15 years.  He is a graduate of Florida State University and has a background of working in the professional and collegiate sport industry while buying and managing rental properties.  His passion for real estate has lead him to a successful career in the world of representing buyers and sellers as a residential real estate broker.  As a real estate broker he has experience working with sales involving new construction, off market, acreage property, single family, townhouses, and condos. Customer service and a hands on client experience are a priority in his work.

In his spare time Michael is kayaking on Lake Sammamish, going to the park with his rescue pup Odin, coaching youth sports, and sponsoring community events.

Since he was old enough to hold a broom and shovel, Max has been involved in real estate. When he was growing up, Max’s spare time that didn’t involve a baseball field or basketball court, was spent helping manage his family’s apartment building in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon, and vacation rental property on the Oregon Coast.

After graduating from the University of Oregon, Max moved to Seattle where he obtained his real estate license and joined a team of experienced brokers to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Prior to joining Array Real Estate Max spent seven years working in title & escrow sales where he gained invaluable experience working closely with all parties involved in real estate transactions.

Outside of real estate, Max enjoys traveling with his girlfriend, kayaking, and playing basketball or golf.

Michelle is a specialist in the Greater Seattle and Eastside market, with over a decade of real estate and property management background. She demonstrates genuine care, dedication, and professionalism in assisting clients to find their dream homes. She provides trusted counsel, exceptional guidance, and in-depth local market knowledge, ensuring an elevated real estate experience. Michelle aligns herself diligently with each client’s priorities, offering informed assessments, careful analysis, and creative solutions to meet their goals. Her personal touches, deep commitment, and immediate accessibility contribute to delivering responsive, confident results with compassionate service, making her invaluable to her clients.

During Michelle’s leisure time, she is passionate about exploring diverse cultures and cuisines through travel. Whether it’s experiencing new destinations abroad or discovering hidden gems locally, she enjoys immersing herself in different environments and savoring unique culinary delights. Additionally, she finds solace in outdoor activities such as hiking and staying active through workouts. Above all, she cherishes moments spent with loved ones, prioritizing quality time with family and friends to create lasting memories and meaningful connections.

Julia works as a real estate broker in the Seattle and greater-Seattle area. Being experienced in sales and service, Julia prioritizes meeting your needs throughout this process. Through attention to detail and genuine care, Julia supports those in search of a home and those with the desire to sell as well. Being a fresh face in the real estate industry, Julia offers a unique perspective on local-market knowledge and ensures each client feels supported from start to finish.

When Julia is not doing real estate, she operates her own private practice as a licensed associate mental health therapist in Queen Anne. Julia values creating an environment in which people feel advocated for and supported, bringing that energy into her role as a real estate broker. Julia, being born and raised in Washington, feels a sense of pride supporting clients in finding the homes of their dreams in such a beautiful state. When she is not practicing therapy and real estate, Julia enjoys running and crafting, focusing on embroidery and sewing.

Heidi is the official office greeter, bringing joy to everyone who walks through the door. With her wagging tail and friendly demeanor, she makes sure no one starts their workday without a smile. She’s in the office a few days a week, always ready for belly rubs, treats, and the occasional nap in a sunny spot. Heidi takes her role seriously, offering comfort during stressful moments and excitement when it's time for a break. Whether she’s lounging by the front door or making her rounds for head pats, she’s the heart of the office.
